FirstChoice Clinic - offers comprehensive pregnancy help services,serves clients from all of North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota. Our staff is made up of licensed registered nurses, volunteer physicians and sonographers. Services are free and include pregnancy testing, counseling, ultrasound, sexual integrity classes, parenting education, adoption promotion, prenatal and fertility care education. Our services and programs are funded by private donations, community grants, North Dakota Department of Human Services (through funding for alternatives to abortion services) and several annual fundraising events.

Make a Sound Choice (MSC) - a character and life skills education program for primarily middle and high school, that focuses on teaching our youth responsible decision making skills to empower them to make healthy choices in avoiding risky behaviors such as alcohol, drugs, premarital sex, tobacco and violence. For over 12 years, FirstChoice Clinic has focused on intervention regarding out-of-wedlock pregnancies and prevention with character education. MSC receives supplemental funding from the North Dakota Health Department, Title V funding, and private donations from individuals and businesses.
